Water soluble powder for the treatment of respiratory problems

We regularly see respiratory problems in cage birds, usually after stressful situations such as participation in an exhibition, changing places or a few days after purchasing a new “healthy” bird.

The first symptoms are wet eyes with loss of feathers around them. Then they start to sneeze, get wet nostrils and some even start to pant.

Many viral diseases such as smallpox, black spot and polyomavirus cause secondary bacterial infections to develop that must be dealt with quickly.

Before and after the breeding season, it may be necessary to treat hidden, latent diseases, especially when “megabacteria” are diagnosed.

T-Plus contains a combination of two synergistic antibiotics and treats the most common respiratory problems in birds, including mycoplasms.

INDICATIONS

Treatment of respiratory diseases, sinusitis and eye infections.
Preventive treatment of ornithosis outbreaks and mycoplasma infections in stressful situations (exhibits, change of location, purchased new).
Support for viral diseases.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Oral administration via the drinking water.

Dissolve 4 grams (= 1 level measuring spoon) per 1 liter of drinking water for 1 week.
Change medicinal water daily and provide it as the sole source of drinking water during treatment.
Remove grit and other calcium sources during treatment.
